The Sauteuse is a versatile and stylish pan that is ideal for sautéing vegetables, searing meat and vegetables and caramelizing to perfection for extra flavour. The generous 5.7L capacity with deep sides is perfect for the family meal, entertaining or batch cooking and can also be used in the oven without the lid to roast or bake and ideal to take from the kitchen to the table for serving.
The close-fitting lid helps to retain the moisture and flavour in your cooking, while the secure stainless steel side handles ensure the pan is easy and safe to lift even when full. Using the latest multi-layering technology, where premium-grade stainless steel and aluminium are bonded together to form a special 3-layer material, heat spreads evenly throughout the entire pan from base to rim.
