– Double layer hardening materials providing the Extreme Granitium coating with exceptional scratch and wear resistance
– Middle layer with diffused resistance, reinforcement structure with high mineral content
– Anchor layer, aluminium body (4mm), stainless protective external layer, Ssteel/aluminium two-ply base
– Thermopoint heat indicator on the handle of the fry pan shows when the pan has reached the perfect cooking temperature: Red means the pan is ready/Green means the pan is safe to touch and wash
– Withstands temperatures of up to 250°C when grilling and 160°C when cooking in the oven
