Royal Oscietra is prepared from the roe of the Russian Sturgeon harvested when the fish is 9 to 11 years old. The caviar has a 2.7-3.0mm pearl and displays colour ranging from dark brown to beige. Lightly salted and slightly nutty, this caviar has a pure, rich, deep flavor, with hints of hazelnut and butter.
Serves 3-4, 10-20g per person
