Kai Electric Knife SharpenerUniquely designed to grind and polish Shun double-beveled knives at the same time. It is one of the most convenient sharpening systems on the market.
Each pass through the sturdy groove first draws your knife through a coarse ceramic wheel that reshapes the edge of your knife and then through a fine ceramic wheel that hones it, reapplying that razor sharp factory finish with only a few quick swipes.
The Grinding Mechanism on the Kai Electric Knife Sharpener is removable for easy cleaning and the machine itself features rubber feet to prevent slippage and a clear plastic cover that protects it from gathering dust in storage.
Each unit has a dust cover to protect the sharpening unit and non-slip feet to ensure a secure hold on the benchtop.Note: Cleaning Instructions:
