All blades are made with a high carbon Japanese stainless steel alloy, for a knife that holds its edge for longer whilst remaining easy to sharpen. The Füri Pro 13cm East/West™ Santoku, a petite edition of the iconic 17cm version. Engineered with a deep blade for larger cutting tasks, yet still short and nimble enough for smaller jobs too. Extra leverage for those heavier cuts is achieved from the oversized handle. Scallops intuitively positioned on the blade reduce friction and make cutting fast and easy.
