This 30cm open french skillet is perfect to cook a caramelised steak. Because it’s also oven-safe, the steak can be started on the stovetop and then finished in the oven – two minutes each side for a medium rare steak or three minutes each side for a medium-cooked steak. While your steak cools down, use the juice to create delicious mushroom sauce.
