Black Pearl. Oscietra Gold. 125g. from sturgeon species Acipenser Gueldenstaedtii, which are farmed in the crystal waters of Thousand Island Lake, Qiandao, China, by renowned caviar producer Kaluga Queen. The farm is the largest caviar producer in the world and a supplier to many Michelin Star Restaurants.A champagne house is judged primarily on the quality of its Brut non-vintage, which, more than any other wine reveals its art of assemblage. Powerful and complex, the Brut Yellow ensures continuity of the House style and offers an "aromatic" rare brand remembered for a long time.

TASTING NOTES
Use the caviar key, place just under the rim and apply pressure to gently pop open the tin. Serve with the mother of pearl spoon, which is an excellent choice for caviar; it is 100% natural and it is non-reactive and will not impart or alter the delicate flavour of the caviar.There are many variations present in the pearls, Oscietra Gold is one of the rarest colours; with limited amounts available each year. It has a distinctive olive/ green golden colour and a large pearls 2.9 / 3.0 mm which have a delicate nutty flavour and a lasting silky texture. A must try for all caviar connoisseurs.
Veuve Cliquot. Yellow Label Brut NV. Golden-yellow in colour with tiny bubbles and aromas of yellow and white fruits, vanilla and toasted Brioche. Tightly knit, focused by robust acidity and a streak of minerality, the refined finish echoes a smoky note.
