Balsamic Pearls are made by the family-run Acetaia Leonardi from a 3-year-aged Balsamic Vinegar, with Red Wine vinegar and gelling agents. They turn ordinary dishes into thoughtful culinary gems.
These sweet and sour spheres can be used to decorate and enrich every kind of dish. Little spheres of Balsamic can be use on any warm or cold dish, from starter to dessert.
No colouring nor preservatives added. 100% vegetarian.
